1.1 How do I place an order?
Ordering at In La Moosh on the website is fortunately very simple! Choose your favorite item then choose the right size and if necessary the correct color and click on the button 'Add to cart'. The product is now placed in your shopping bag. Your shopping bag is at the top right of the screen. If your shopping cart is completely to your liking, you can now click on 'finalize order'. Follow all steps to complete your order. After your order has been paid you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order has been placed on the mail, you will receive a confirmation email of shipment. If you order before 16:00 on weekdays, we will ship the same day!
1.2 Is it possible to reserve a product?
At La Moosh it is possible to reserve a product. If an article is no longer in stock with us and you still want it, it is possible to place a reservation. Send an email to
1.3 The product is sold out, will it still be back on your website?
Is your dream product sold out and do you want to know when and if it will be returned to stock? We are always busy getting the popular items back in stock. It is always a surprise to us and when it succeeds. Therefore you can always send us an e-mail, we will let you know if the product is still in stock and when this will be about!

2.1 Pay with iDEAL
If you have access to internet banking at ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank, the Friesland Bank or Knab, you can pay via iDeal at La Moosh.
2.2 Pay with Paypal
You can pay directly with Paypal. If there is a deferred bank payment, your product will be sent as soon as we receive your payment.
2.3 Bank transfer
If you use bank transfer, it often takes 2 to 5 business days before we receive the payment. Once the payment is received, we prepare the order for shipment.


3.1 How much are the shipping costs?
The amount of the shipping costs depends on the product and where the product goes. The standard shipping costs for letter packages in the Netherlands and Belgium are € 4.25 and for packages € 6.95. We ship the items worldwide. The shipping costs will be visible when you select the relevant country. If you order above € 50, -, we will send the package to you free of charge (within the Netherlands and Belgium)!
3.2 How do I track my order?
Once La Moosh has sent your package you will receive a shipping confirmation. You can then send us an e-mail to request your personal track and trace code. If this code starts with 3S you can follow your package by entering your code at . If your package has been sent with a letterbox post, you can not trace it ... please wait then, your order is on its way! :-)
3.3 How long does it take for my package to be delivered?
We do our very best to deliver the order to your home as quickly as possible. If you order before 4 p.m. on weekdays, we will send it the same day with PostNL! With a bit of luck, you'll have it in the house the next day! You must have extra patience on weekends, but PostNL does not work on Sundays. We therefore ask you to be patient ...


4.1 How can I return my order?
Is the item not quite what you had in mind? Too bad, but that can happen. Register your return by sending an email to and mention your name, order number, product and preferably (not required) the reason for return. You can then return the return (at your own expense) to the address on the website. We must have received the return within 14 calendar days.
4.2 When will I receive the purchase amount back?
If we have received your return, we will send you a credit note by mail. You can then expect the money on your account or PayPal account within 7 days.
